NLT Memory Book - Love

1 Cor 13: 13 Three things will last forever - faith, hope, and love - and the greatest of these is love.
Mat 22: 37 - 40 Jesus replied, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.' 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 A second is equally important: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' 40 The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.
John 13: 34 So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.
1 Pet 4: 8 Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins.
1 John 3: 16 - 18 We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters. 17 If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion - how can God's love be in that person? 18 Dear children, let's not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions.
1 John 4: 7, 8 Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. 8 But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
Gal 5: 14 For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: "Love your neighbor as yourself.
John 14: 15 If you love me, obey my commandments.
Gal 6: 2 Share each other's burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.
Mat 25: 40 And the King will say, 'I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!'
Mat 7: 12 Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. This is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets.
Romans 13: 8 Owe nothing to anyone - except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God's law.
Col 3: 13, 14 Make allowance for each other's faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others. 14 Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.
1 Cor 13: 4 - 8 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud 5 or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. 6 It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. 7 Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. 8 Prophecy and speaking in unknown languages and special knowledge will become useless. But love will last forever!
1 Cor 16: 14 And do everything with love.
John 15: 13 There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends.
1 John 4: 19 - 21 We love each other because he loved us first. 20 If someone says, 'I love God,' but hates a fellow believer, that person is a liar; for if we don't love people we can see, how can we love God, whom we cannot see? 21 And he has given us this command: Those who love God must also love their fellow believers.
Romans 8: 38, 39 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow - not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below - indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
